Women and Justice Training

WJIT is a one-month fully scholarship training program organized by the Mon Youth Progressive Organizations (MYPO). The training aims to enhance participants’s knowledge and pratical skills related to justice issues, legal rights, social and cultural nooms, and rights-based approaches that align with both national and international standards.

The training is designed for women and youth who are interested in: 

  • Justice  and legal issues
  • Human rights
  • Community leadership
  • Social development
  • Advocacy and civic engagement.

The program runs for one month. According to the announcement, the application deadlines was 5 July 2026.

The training is organized by MYPO and conducted at a location arranges by the organization for selected participants.

Youth should join WJIT because it helps them:

  • Understand justice and human rights issues
  • Develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Build confidence in discussing social issues
  • Strengthen leadership and advocacy development
  • Connect with other motivated young leaders

Direct Admission Open for Mon Natioanal College (2026-2027) Academic Year

The direct admiassion program is a special admission opportunity offered by Mon National College (MNC) for the 2026-2027 academic year. It allows eligible Mon youth to pursue higher education through direct admission without first completing the Pre-College Program. 

The program is open to Mon youth who meet the admission requirements established by Mon National College. Applicants who qualify can submit their applications through the available admission channels.

Applications are accepted during the admission period announced by Mon National College for the 2026-2027 Academic Year. Interested students should follow official announcements and submit their applications beforethe deadline.

Applicants can submit their applications through:

  • In-person submission at the NMSP Liaison Office (Ye) or MNEC Office (Mawlamyine).
  • Email submission using the official MNC application form.
  • Online submission through the Google Form provided by the college.

Mon Natioanl College provides an poopryunity for young people to continue their higher education, develop leadershiop skills, gain academic knowledge, and prepare for future careers. The direct admission program makes higher education more accessible for qualified students and supports the development of future leaders within Mon communities.

Students can apply by obtaining and completing the application form, preparing the required documents, and submitting them through one of the official application methods. After the application review process, successful applicants may proceed to the next admission steps required by the college.

Political Concepts Training

The Political Concepts Training (PCT) is an educational program designed to increase young people’s understanding of politics, political systems, and democratic concepts. The training covers important topics such as Burma Political History, Political Ideologies, and Political Concepts.

  • The training is intended for young people, especially Mon youth aged approximately 18-35 who are interested in:
  • Politics and governance
  • Civic engagement and leadership
  • Commnunity development
  • Human rights anddemocracy
  • Expanding their political knowledge and critical thinking skills

The training lasts for six weeks and is conducted every Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 PM to 9:oo PM (Myanmar Time). Then it is conducted online via the Zoom plaatform, allowing participants from different regions to join and learn together. As it is conducted in off day, it is suitable for people who work and study abroad.

Youth should join because the training:

  • Improve understanding of political systems and democratic priciples.
  • Develops critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Encourages active and responsible citizenship.
  • Helps young people understand the political history and challenges of Myanmar.
  • Prepares future leaders who can contribute postively to their communities and society.

Participants benefit through lectures, discussions, and interactive leraning activities. By the end of the program, they gain knowledge of political concepts, improve their leadership and communication skills, and become more informed and responsible citizens who can participate constructively in community and social development.
